The HWS Ceramic Mechanical Seal accommodates various stirrer materials, including glass, stainless steel, and Hastelloy. Its unique static seal prevents shaft damage during operation, making it particularly advantageous for use with coated stirrers (e.g., PFA, PTFE).

High Gas Tightness and Low Friction

Engineered for high gas tightness, the seal ensures smooth,
low-friction rotation across a wide speed range (up to 800 r/min), providing long operational efficiency without frequent maintenance or lubrication (grease-free operation up to 200 r/min).

High Chemical and Thermal Resistance

Modular and Customizable Design

The HWS Ceramic Mechanical Seal offers a modular configuration that supports various glass connectors, including conical joints, flat flanges, and screw threads.
