Bottom Outlet Valves
Description
HWS Bottom Outlet Valves – Precision Sealing for Diverse Laboratory Applications

Our PTFE spindle valve with a melted-in discharge slope and an adjustable sealing surface for residue-free drainage is completely free of dead space. Self-adjusting spindle pressure point, and an
additional safety seal ensure tightness even when the temperature changes. The visual wear indicator reminds you to replace the valve stem in good time. The fire-polished, impact resistant flat flange and the low installation height provide protection against mechanical damage. For ideal adaptation to the conditions (e.g. high or low temperatures, conductivity), stamps and seals are offered in different plastic versions. Our bottom drain valve is available with an integrated PT 100 for problem-free measurement of the sump temperature even when the medium is flowing down.

  • The “LINEA” model is a specialized spindle valve engineered for total dead volume elimination. Utilizing a non-rotating piston principle, it ensures complete fluid drainage and precise flow control.Key features include:
  • Self-adjusting spindle pressure-point, providing total sealing even under variable temperature conditions.
  • Additional security sealing, optical use documentation display, and reminder indicators for timely spindle replacement.
  • Shock-resistant flat flange with a low profile, minimizing risk of mechanical damage.
  • Available in two bore sizes: 10 mm (Model L) and 20 mm (Model P), the “LINEA” valves are designed for labs prioritizing high security and optimal performance.
Versatile Applications and Reliable Performance
The HWS Bottom Outlet Valves are adaptable to various laboratory and industrial applications, including chemical, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical processes. Built with durability and precision in mind, these valves provide secure, stable flow management even in demanding environments. Whether for standard use or custom specifications, HWS valves offer flexibility, performance, and peace of mind, making them an essential component for precise and reliable liquid handling in any setup.
